Haris Muneer is a Founding Member and Product Lead at ExactBuyer, Inc. with a passion for helping businesses achieve repeatable, scalable growth. With a Bachelors of Computer Science from NUCES-FAST, Haris ranked among Pakistan's top 0.1% college engineering students, achieving one of the highest scores on the National Aptitude Test by NTS. During his Bachelor's tenure, Haris had the honor to join the Systems & Security Research Group at LUMS as a Research Assistant directly supervised by one of the leading Network Security experts in Pakistan. This hands-on experience introduced him to cutting-edge research and development (R&D) in various areas of applied computer science and taught him effective time management skills. Haris is an avid learner and has secured top ranks in many national and international programming competitions, subsequently being awarded the title of ‘Coding Maestro’ by ACM. Most of his software projects are open-sourced on GitHub and have been featured by various technology websites. Recently his data collection application for Facebook was listed among the most popular automation software of 2019 by a security magazine. Haris believes passionately in giving back to the community and has volunteered as a mentor for TCF’s Rahbar program to coach underprivileged students. He is also the author of coding solutions for an x86 assembly book used by hundreds of assembly language learners. To upskill Pakistan’s youth with emerging technologies, he regularly conducts workshops/seminars on various topics at different venues. At present, Haris is associated with the Technology for People Initiative (TPI) at LUMS as a Program Manager where he is working in collaboration with international organizations (including EU, OPM) to develop solutions in healthcare, education, governance, and accountability. This affiliation has enabled him to interact with notable industry leaders and key government representatives in the public sector which in turn shaped his perspective to work in different settings and made him more versatile. As a Founding Member and Product Lead at ExactBuyer, Haris is responsible for leading the product from zero to one - inception to a successful launch in record time. He works with engineers, data scientists, and the head of engineering to prioritize weekly sprints and lead team discussions. He also makes sure the product aligns with the market by actively identifying customer pain points and charting out solutions to address them. Haris is also leading the data acquisition efforts to improve their data quality through new partnerships & information sources.
